2 massive balconies- one facing north and one east
( in tthe pic above, apartment 2 is- starting from the top floor, the two attic bedrooms to the right and then the level below,n incl balconies. The property is surrounded by garden

2 mins to ferry.

5 mins by ferry to CBD .. 5 mins to base of HARBOUR Bridge and the worlds best pool- a salt water pool that is almost under the bridge itself

Very short walking distance to Kirribilli Flying Yacht club and Ensemble Theatre
5 min Ferry trip to Opera House.

You can hear/ watch the 18 footers from the balcony

Lock up garage
Parking if req. a car is not really necessary here

I have had it rented out on the corporate market but I love it deeply and since my needs are small, am renting out most of it.

Extremely Well suited to international visitors who want a self catering home- away- from- home that will actually be nicer than expected, even given the pics.

Combines a sense of gracious luxury with being utterly at home.
The only sound you will ever hear is the chug of the ferries.

I am doing this to help cover the $ 2000 mortgage but also because it is too special not to share

On Australia Day and New Years Eve it is as if all the celabrations have been put on especially for this property

It looks pretty much as in these photos tho I have not got all the furniture back in it yet.. eg piano on way
