Depending on the size of the lot, the listed lot prices range from $53,000 to only $156,000.

Once the construction phase is completed the lot prices will increase by as much as 300%.

We are offering financing for the pre-sell (during construction) lots with a 15%-25% down payments.

Pre-sale (during infrastructure construction) lots are available on a first-come basis only.
