But as we moved to this wonderful country, and decided to live on for us the best and nicest place in Thailand,what is Chiang Mai we decided to give some help in finding one of the best projects in Chiang Mai and area.
We looked at arround 30 Housing Projects arround Chiang Mai and ended up by what we think the best builder in the area.
We can bring you to builders where you can buy a 2 story detached Villa for arround 20.000€ what is a bargain.
But we are looking for quality in life and this is why we ended by the company where we bought our Villa.
We believe that you GET FOR WHAT YOU PAY.
Again we think there is nothing wrong to buy a house for 20.000€ but the quality is lower than you would expact.

We bought our house we believe on one of the nicest projects of this builder.
It is arround 5 minutes drive to the supermarkets, and maybe 10 minutes to the centre of Chiang Mai.
We are not on the site of the airport so no noise of this.
We are in an area where you will have no high water problems, what is very important to know.
It is really a wonderful place, nice wide roads, Fountain, Club house with pool, tennis court, restaurant etc.
All nice quality homes.
We are really happy we bought here our house and would be pleased to introduce you to this opportunity.
What is also important is that a foreigner cant buy land, well I can tell you you can if you are a bit flexible you can.
The company made a another company how will give a lease of 30 years, with an double extension of 30 years again so in total 90 years. (how cares after that :-)
If you want to sell the house than the foreign buyer is comming in the same possition and sign a new contract.
If a Thai buyer is comming than the land and house will come on his name.
If the law change in Thailand and the foreigner still can have land than it is automaticly on your name.
So risk free.
You buy a villa for less money than an appartment.
We are a Dutch couple,and looking forwards to see our house build.

If you want to change your house what we also have done you can do it.

We will show you the housing estate if you want it and will bring you to the sellers of the builder.
You only pay the price of the builder no extra for us, we will have a small commission of them for introducing you.
