Scenic Cattle Ranch for Sale in Chilean Patagonia

This 150 ha (370 acres) farm in the south of Chile is located in one of most scenic areas of the Chilean Patagonia. The area is called the Seven Lakes District. Apart from the lakes, that offer bathing at the beaches during the summer months and all kinds of watersports, there are the volcanos, the rivers that offer fly-fishing, rafting, etc. and the thermal baths; all within an aproximately 50 km distance from the farm. There are several National Parks and Private Natural Reserves that permit hiking volcanoes, trekking, skiing and snowboarding, etc. In about four to six hours by car you are in Argentinas resort towns like San Martin de los Andes and Bariloche.

The farm is located 12 km from the town of Panguipulli, a place that is rapidly developping into a resort town, due to its scenic beauty.

The farm has loamy soils that are plain to slightly undulating with very good drainage conditions. Water for irrigation is available from superficial wells.

The farm counts with all the necesary infrastructure for beef cattle breeding, with a capacity of 250 cows and its calves, bulls, horses, etc. The farm is under strict government controled management (PABCO)that permit its products to be exported to Europe and the USA. The installations count with corrals, shutes, stabels, a scale, loading ramps, a watersupply system for human and animal consumption and all the rest.

One of the main atractions of the farm is the abundant presence of natural vegetation of ancient native trees and the resultant presence of birds and other wild life.

A luxurious 140 m2 bungalow with beatiful views all arond was recently built at the same time as the two houses for the farm workers.
