CURRENT DEVELOPMENT WAY
The property is situated in a complex of manufacturing-warehouse-service facilities in Legionów street, in an industrial-warehouse zone, on the northern-eastern edge of the city centre, in the industrial development quarter of Legionów, T.T. Jeza and Wyzwolenia streets. Wyzwolenia street is a part of current eastern arterial road of the city, Zywiec – Bielsko-Biala – Katowice. The area of the property:
flat, in the form of irregular polygon, fenced.
Utilities: electric, gas, water supply, sewerage, telephone networks.
