Luxury Holiday House in Ski Area Hochficht

The holiday house will be part of new parc which consists of 44 semi-detached houses and a Forest Exhibition Centre which fullfills a central role for the parc.

The holiday houses will be built in a characteristic Austrian style, well known is this area. Each house can accomodate up to 6 persons. The houses have a usable net surface area of approximately 75 sqm. with a living, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Every house has its own metered electricity and water connection. Heating and warm water will be supplied by a special biological heating installation to be installed in the vicinity of the parc.

The sustainable building materials and construction methods ensure a long lifetime of these houses even when intensively rented out. The quality of the construction will be closely supervised by a qualified building supervisor employed by the developer of the parc.

The purchase price of these houses will be EUR 159.000,00 including a complete furniture package. 8% Transfer costs will be added additionally.

The Forest Exhibition center (Waldkompetenzcentrum in German) offers many facilities and special features for the holiday parc and its house owners. It will contain amongst others a bar and restaurant as well as several saunas, a whirlpool and massagerooms. Both owners as well as renters and visitors have the opportunity to use and enjoy these unique possibilities.

The purchase agreement contains the right to use the facilities of the Forest Exhibition center.

The Hochficht skiarea has a skislope which descents nearly into the small village of Schoneben. The end of the slope is only a few hundred metres away from the holiday parc Hochficht. There is a bus connection to the ski lifts.

Interesting area for summer recreation as well: hiking, biking, water sports, golf etc.

It is expected that the project will be fully completed by the end of 2008.
