Milos is a spectacular and unspoilt island, still relatively undiscovered by tourists, with a regular bus service to the many beautiful beaches and upper villages. You can fly (40 minutes) directly from the mainland International Airport or get there by sea from the port of Piraeus, with daily high-speed ferries (about 3 hours) or on the lovely older traditional ships via three other islands (about 7 hours).
There are many taxis, car and motor bike/scooter hire firms, and restaurants and tavernas everywhere, also many music clubs and bars for those who want to enjoy an exciting night life on a wonderful island.
