Land is accessible only by waterway. Water taxi commutes twice a day to and from towns of Fronteras and Livingston. Property is located 20 minutes by motorboat to town of Livingston and Caribbean Sea; 40 minutes to town of Fronteras; 65 minutes to Puerto Barrios and to the boarder town of Punta Gorda Belize.
