I should add that the extra suite I built above cost close to $30,000 I had custom made armoir built, genuine palapa, all new windows, hurrican shutters, new appliances, tv/dvd, double shower.l brand new. The bed is imported from Europe and SUPER comfy (can't say that about many beds in Mexico!).
