Too far away and isolated ... Boquete ... too expensive ... Then eventually we found it .... in the foothills .... We have built several individual homes here ...... now have acquired land for our Townhouse development ............... Chiriqui Hills .... 77 homes on a condominium basis .... Construction now started ... Model Home ready for walk-through viewing by end of August. (by the way you can click on the photo here and it will enlarge ... but maybe you knew that already )
Its a gated community with a manned security gate at the entrance and 24 hour security to provide peace of mind securing your property.
Communal Pool,Clubhouse,bike and walking paths and recreational park .... even a local minibus service to town.

Its a unique area .... with like-minded people .... community there when you need it ...
