Everything is in reach (super markets, pharmacies, banks etc.), but the house is very calm and secure. The climate is typical mountainous – a bit cooler with more rainfall than in the lower regions of Costa Rica. Access and pavement of the road are average. Of course you are connected to power grid, water/sewage and direct TV.
