It is in an 'eco' area. There are no cable tv or phone lines. Cell phones are widely used. Satelite tv and internet are now available in the area. I have not installed them. It is totally 'green' and off grid. You can add the type of systems suitable for you...
It is lovely and tranquil, beautifully relaxing.
It is not completely finished and there are 2 1/2 acres to shape into your own dream get-away. It is perfect for those who like to do some of their own building, design; enhance with your personality and preferences.
