Ground level for backup generator, tools etc. Middle level is open, could be screened in or walls added for extra room, caretaker, etc. Top level holds large tenaca(water tank) for gravity fed water supply which is drawn from underground cenote in large cavern, easily accessed.
2)'BATTERY HOUSE'. Houses solar invertor and batteries. Panels mount nearby. System can easily be added to. Also provides extra storage area.
3)'BATH HOUSE'. The beginning of a two story structure I intended for bath on lower level and bedroom, office/ studio etc above. At this point it could be used for anything you'd like. I have my shower and simple compost working there now.

Has beautiful grounds palms, paths, fruit trees, an abundance of wildlife, birds, monkeys, more. beach is about 1 mile.

This ranchito is comfortably habitable. There is a simple compost system and some solar electricity. The solar system has an invertor that can handle the addition of more panels and more batteries. It is in an 'eco' area. There are no cable tv or phone lines. Cell phones are widely used. Satelite tv and internet are now available in the area. I have not installed them. It is totally 'green' and off grid. You can add the type of systems suitable for you...
It is lovely and tranquil, beautifully relaxing.
It is not completely finished and there are 2 1/2 acres to shape into your own dream get-away. It is perfect for those who like to do some of their own building, design; enhance with your personality and preferences.
