The hotel is ideally located on mainland (perfect road access)in one of the fastest growing areas in Panama. It is about one hour drive from David, second important city in Panama after the capital. David airport is being improved to accommodate international flights that within 2008 will be connecting most important destination in USA. Already Taca is running a flight to San Jose, Costa Rica.
The area is gaining the reputation as the premier fishing destination in Central America. This area, including Hannibal bank, Islas Montuosa and Ladrones is recognized for black marlin, Pacific sailfish, Wahoos, dorados and yellow fin tuna and is a major contributor to several IGFA world records. The resort may also be transformed with no effort in a fishing resort. Just add one or more boats. The state of the art dock has electricity and water and can easily accommodate fishing, diving and leasure boats. License and permits include fishing, boat rental, tours, diving etc

There is room for expansion with another 5 to 12 bungalows or multi store building. The Hotel has all legal paperwork in order like building permits,occupancy permits, IPAT (minister of tourism) operational license; environmental impact studies approved and come with a Panamanian corporation.
