This particular beach is meant to have SOME OF THE BEST SUNSET VIEWS IN ALL OF MEXICO, which is why there is so much emphasis put on the rooftop.
Regardless of whether this land is used to build a hotel or condos or a private home, it is stunningly beautiful, and is the last lot available of this size, on the beachfront, so close to the heart of Acapulco (less than 6 miles away!). You feel like you are hours from anywhere, but in 20 minutes, you can be in some of the best bars and restaurants in all of Mexico.
