This is NOT San Rafael! All of our managed vineyard projects are located in the heart of Mendoza wine country, Valle de Uco, Agrelo and Lujan de Cuyo where all the major wineries such as Chandon, Close de los Siete and Pulenta, amongst others, are located.

We match buyers with the right project, negotiate on their behalf, provide help with independent soil and water testing and take care of all legal and money transfer for the purchase. After you have purchased your vineyard, we will provide help with building your vineyard villa then manage and rent it while you are away.
Please note that in addition to an over-time huge appreciation for your land, the on-going stream of revenues will not only come from selling of the wine (or grapes) but also from rental revenue from your villa. Santa Maria de los Andes located in Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo, is a development comprised of 820 hectares with 550 hectares designated as private vineyard estates ranging in size from 1 to 6 hectares.
