It is surrounded by nice residence on three sides with panoramic view of Nicoya Gulf, and the front facing mountain view, from El Viandante is 8 mins walk into Santa Elena central town; less than 5 mins walk the opposite direction to many best restaurants in the area or other tourist attractions; 10-15 mins drive to two different cloud forest reserves and canopies.
There are two connected building.
main duilding – Down stairs is the reception, storage room, 2 guest rooms, 2 public bathroom and 1 a small apartment for the owner with living room one bedroom a bathroom and a small kitchen. Upstairs are 4 big guest rooms for 2 up 4people; ; a common room with rustic wooden furniture with panoramic mountain views; there is an open space room in front to the reception with 2 computers with high speed inter-net.
Outer Building – Down stairs are consist of 3 guest rooms and laundry room with GE industrial washer and dryer. Upstairs has also 3 big guest rooms.
With a total of 12 guest rooms (maximum 40 people occupancy) ranging from single to 4 people occupancy each room; wood frame bunk beds, singles or queen beds. All the guest rooms have private bath and hot showers, Tv and phone anf fan, orthopedic mattress, simple furnishing, and either with a window to the hall way or to the outside with views of the gulf.
