The House has 400m2 of constructed area in a land of 1100m2. It is located in a very quiet area full of trees only 300 meters from the beach with a 180 degree magnificent view.
The swimming pool has a magnificent view and is equipped with night lights and one Jacuzzi for relaxation.
The House has 6 suites, 2 of them with a private balcony and a view on the ocean and the mountains.

The Beach is located between the cities of Ubatuba and Caraguatatuba, about 230 km from São Paulo capital. Ubatuba is located offering great access to the neighboring towns: Parati (1,5 hour), Angra dos Reis (2,5 hours) and Ilha Bela (2 hours).
