Rem Yapi Turizm ve Ticaret A.S. was established by Omer Mustafaoglu, Harri Saukkomaa, Atilla Mustafaoglu and Finnish Investor Ajanta Oy (),. ( 37.5% of shares are hold by Turkish side and 62.5% of shares by Finnish side). The company and the project are fully managed and built by Turkish side. € 5.1 million of capital was provided accordingly.

The area Pendik is newly deveoping area in Anatolian side of Istanbul and has an huge potential of opportunities as stated below:

International Airport: Present capacity is 3 million passengers. A succesfull privatisation was made and accordingly capacity is increasing to 12 million passengers. Expansion of the Airport will create couple of thousand high income employments.

Exhibition Center and Marina Investments:These two investments will create 5.000 high income employments in the area.

One of attraction center in the area is Formula 1 Curcuit.

Area is located between two highways European5 (E5) and Trans European Motorway (TEM) meanwhile there is easy to Airport, Seabus, Ferry,Train and Metro (will be opened in 2009).

4 Universities, 12 Industrial parks are located in the area as well.
Quite limited volume of land is available for zoning in the area.
We may assume that all above mentioned characteristics show that the area will have more premium than any other area in e group aimed to locate and to take control over the area, to supply luxury houses that is a new approach for the area with reasonable prices and finally to build up prices.We have been located in the area since 2005 and are accepted and trusted by the neighbourhood and we acquired and collected lands. The company bought first land on May 2006 to develope Residence Martan Pendik 1 e Project was located on 4.300 m2 land and includes 4 blocks and 117 units. Project Under Progress:

Project has 7.500 m2 of gross land, 178 units of appartments, 28,000 m2 construction and the designs were completed, the building permits were taken and construction will start by the end of May 08.

Projects under progress (Pendik 3):
The project has 3.500 m2 of gross land (plot 436), 96 units of appartments, 12.55 m2 construction. The designs are under progress, building permit will be taken by the end of May 08, construction will start by the end of June 08.

The project has 2.500 m2 gross land and construction will be started in 2009.
