The construction of the guesthouse commenced in the year 2002; the realization of the whole project has been executed from the beginning
according to the conception and to the qualitative demands of the owners. The guesthouse consists of four buildings in búzian-colonial style surrounded by a very big, tenderly laid out garden with an arabic pool forming a harmonious complex (see plans arquitect).
The guesthouse is running since 2003 under the direction of the owners' family. All year round there are guests of all over the world. Advertising is made in form of brochures, homepage, different advertisings in printed and Internet-Media (touristic sites).
