Our condominiums are furnished to a very high standard, with every facility you will need for a vacation or working stay, providing a spacious and very affordable alternative to hotels.

OUR CONDOMINIUMS

All our condominiums have fully equipped kitchens, spacious and comfortable dining, and living rooms, air-conditioned bedrooms, and two bathrooms (3-bed apartments only; 2 bed- apartments have single bathrooms). Free Cable TV,video, phone and ADSL internet connection are all provided in the apartments. Complete Bathroom and Bedroom linen (with replacements) are also provided free of charge. Automatic washing machines are provided on the private roof deck, and ironing service is available on request.

Most of our apartments have balconies (most are located on the top floor)from which you wil enjoy superb views of the Antipolo Hills, Makati and beyond.

LOCATIONS

Rosewood Pointe is located in Taguig City, 5 minutes from Fort Bonafacio Global City (Market Market), 15 minutes from Makati CBD, 15 minutes from Ninoy Aquino International Airport and minutes to the Chinese garden cemetary, and local Golf Resorts. A Truly superb location, combining the best in resort facilities, and so close to the heart of the City.

Mayfields Park is located in the city of Pasig, 40 minutes from Makati and Ninoy Acquino International Airport. Only 5 minutes from Santa Lucia, Mayfields is also in close proximity to Ortigas and SM Mega Mall.

SERVICES

Taxi, MRT and LRT and local transport.
Maid service is available for $15 (1.5 hrs).
Baby sitting service is available at $10 per hour.
Meet and pick up from airport (15 minutes away) is available for
$40. Driver available for $70 per day (Manila only).
Food deliveries are also available from all the local fast food services.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Weekly Rate: $400
Monthly Rate: $1200 plus $200 utility charges.
Additional night $75
3- Bedrooms
Weekly Rate: $500
Monthly Rate: $1500 plus $250 utility charges.
Additional night $85

Security Deposit:
$150 - Weekly Rentals
$300 - Monthly Rentals or longer

Payment methods accepted include: American Express, Visa, Master
Card, Paypal, and bank transfer.

Reservation

A reservation fee of $100 is required for all weekly bookings.
Cancellation Policy: The reservation fee is not refundable in the
event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out
below.

Final Payment

The balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us 14 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you.

For monthly and longer term bookings, rent is payable monthly in
advance.

Security Bond

A Security bond is required of $150 for all weekly rentals, and
$300 for all monthly rentals.

The security bond is fully refundable on departure, following
property inspection for weekly rentals, and following settlement of
all utilities charges (pro rata) for monthly rentals. The cost of an
damage or losses (if incurred) will be deducted from the security
deposit.
