Master bedroom has a king bed, satelite tv, ensuite with a large shower, and the wall to wall windows again look out over the ocean and palm trees. The second bedroom has two single beds but is roomy enough for a queen bed. Main Bathroom also has a large walk in shower.

Maid service 3 times per week, all bed linens and towels are supplied for the unit, all inclusive of maintenance fee of $350 USD per month.
Pool area overlooks the ocean with a excellent restaurant with terrific food and great poolside service!!

Located just 10 minute walk from the Golden Zone, and surrounded by great restaurants. Very safe area, with bus and taxi service right outside the door.

Beach is wide, very long, hard packed easy to walk on sand, clean, and walkable for miles.

The building itself is very well managed. It is a combination of timeshare, hotel, and condo units - run by an American/Canadian/Mexican board.
