PVQ is nestled in the beautiful and exclusive neighborhood of Quarry Heights on Ancon Hill, on the western side of Panama City. This is a former military base where all the top generals and commanders lived during the US era, and now it's an exclusive gated community. To protect and preserve it's natural state, Panama designated the whole hill a National Park in 1997.
We have 4 bedroom apartments with 2 1/2 bathrooms. Park right in front of the building, only 10 steps from the front door (no remote parking or waiting on elevators here). All our units are decorated in a tropical theme reminiscent of the Canal Construction days. All have high efficiency new central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every bedroom, large fully equipped kitchen, high-speed wireless internet, digital safe with programable code to safeguard your valuables, three rooms each with a queen bed & one with 2 beds, tv with DVD player and DirecTv, free use of a cell phone in addition to an apartment phone, and much more.
In our private back yard we have a custom built pool with a waterfall, plus 2 gazebos with large a stainless barbeque grill and hamocks for our guests use. We frequently see Toucans and other birds and wildlife, plus a band of small marmoset monkeys usually come down from the trees twice a day for some banana bits put out by our gardener. Check out our website and testimonials from past guests to see we really are different than anywhere else in Panama. It's nice to go downtown to shop, or the many great restaurants, casinos or clubs, but there is no need to stay down there in the middle of all the chaos. PVQ offers you the best of both worlds; convenienantly close to downtown to visit, but the tropical tranquility of our paradise to stay.
We normally rent by the week, but will consider other bookings on short notice if availability permits. Weekly rates vary based on season, from $690-$960 for our studio apartments (1 bedroom 1 bath with kitchenette) to $1190 to $1650 for our 4 bedroom units. Call or email today for more informtaion.
