Villa Srbska 4 was built on 4 floors at the beginning of the 20th century with a tiled curved roof special to Bohemia.
Ground floor: sitting room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, hall and stone built staircase leading up to the first floor and down to the cellar.
First floor: 5 bedrooms, bathroom and hall.
Attic: Open space with 2 windows and an insulated roof.
Cellar: 2 rooms
Villa Srbska has full electric central heating on the ground and first floors whilst all the original fireplaces which have been retained are in full working order. The many windows are all original. The villa has its own water supply and septic tank.
The Grounds:
in the quiet and sleepy village of Srbska near to Frydlant, the villa is accessed by its own bridge over a stream which runs along and through the length of the plot. A rich variety of trees screen the villa from the village road. Mainly grassed there is a small orchard of apple and plum trees at the lower end of the plot.
A small replica of the villa serves as an outhouse to the rear of the villa.
