The villas will have 110 and 220 volts electricity supply, individual electrical meters, installed telephone landline, internet access and television point.
The switchers are from the brand Legrand. The water distribution is provided by polyethylen pipes and mixer tap. The small technical premise is full equipped for the good working of the swimming pool and the house ( pump, pressure tank, filters…). The water is heated by gaz.
