Stock Purchase Program for Luxury Wellness Resort

Ailanto is a Wellness Community residing amongst 83 acres of exotic, ecological forest. Only 45 minutes from the Liberia Airport, and and hour and a half from beautiful Pacific beaches, Ailanto lies in the midst of the spectacular nature of Costa Rica. Ailanto borders the Miravalles Volcano Protected area. The Miravalles Volcano is the tallest in the Guanacaste area and from its slopes, provides hot springs enjoyed by all the Ailanto guests.

The Ailanto Wellness Resort and Spa consists of luxury lock-out Tuscan Homes, Villas, and Condos surrounding the lagoon and thermal springs. The Spa will offer both natural and aesthetic medicine including massage, facial treatments, yoga, Temescales, meditation, Botox, hyaluronic and cosmetic surgery.

ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE
Less than 15% of the land will be dedicated towards development. Since so much of the land features primary rain forest, we are taking great measures to make sure it remains undisturbed.

All of the mature trees and natural landscaping have been marked and will not be disturbed in the construction.

All of our homes feature a Canadian design septic system that cleans the wastewater more effectively than most all systems in place today.

Too keep the stress, pollution, and noise levels of the resort low, all automobiles are parked at the entrance, and the project is navigated with electric golf carts.

When the project is up and running, 1% of its profits will be plugged right back into the local community, helping to improve schools and other services.

STOCK PURCHASE PROGRAM
For a limited time, you can purchase stock for $1,000 per share. The program will expire when 4,000 shares are sold. In addition to earning dividends semi-annually, you will receive other benefits. Upon purchase, you will become a member of the resort. Depending on the amount of stock purchased, your membership may include:
- Free entrance to the Ailanto Thermal Heaven Experience
- Discounts on products and services within the Ailanto Medical and Spa Facilities.
- A preferential right to operate (if the stockholder is a licensed physician) at Ailanto Facilities.
- Free or discounted usage of many of the amenities within Ailanto.
- Free all-inclusive weekend stays at Ailanto, and discounts on regular stays for stockholder's friends and family.
