When my sister and my family bought the houses I was just happy for the *low security maintenance cost* without the pool. Plus the fact beach is so near. It is a beautiful house and in excellent condition. The Villa is just outside the historic touristic city of Side around 10/15 minutes away.(Side pronounce as siday) Buses to Side and Manavgat are all nearbly. Antalya and Kemer and other places can be visited by buses or car hire. Food and drinks very very reasonable. Turkish are very friendly people. My family have all enjoyed the many times we went there. YOu get value for your money. Lots of space for walk, near the beach and the mountain view are beautiful. And the price can only go up for the long term. For beach properties I think these are very reasonable price. But most important, it has great quality of life. 300 sunshine days with very mild winter. Turkish are very friendly people,they are the most modern muslim state in the world. Crime rate are low and blue sky and mountains are great for the mind than the English weather. As you can see, I would like to sell quickly with great reduction. 2 houses in same complex recently sold for 75,000 each. It could have been my home but made a mistake in delaying on the decision to sell. Oh yes, the house gets rented out during the summer period. I have rented out through the local people. It's around 60 lira per person or 100 Lra for the whole house per all depends what the agent gets for you. I have now stop renting out as I am concentrating on selling off. Long term rental is around 250Euro per month, much lower than the daily rate for summer. The house is in excellent condition. I have also took the initiative to damproof the whole house as it is near sea most houses gets salt in their walls. House was built in July06 If you need to see the house do email me.
