Luxurious villa surrounded by lush tropical gardens (3200 m2) and close to some of Brazil's most glorious beaches.</b></b>

The villa is situated 100 km from Rio de Janeiro, in Saquarema (Lake District), a booming seaside tourist resort of about 70.000 inhabitants. Saquarema is set by the sea but at the same time borders on four big saltwater lagoons surrounded by tropical mountains. It is a lovely town blessed with endless white sandy beaches.</b></b>

The residence lies in Boqueirao, an important part of Saquarema. The villa is about half a mile from the sea, and about 0,1 mile from the lagoon. You can find all facilities around: restaurants, supermarkets, bakery etc.</b></b>

This villa has a main house, a separate and complete guesthouse, a rustic barbecue area with kitchen, a service area, all grouped around the central swimming-pool with bar. This gives the property a sense of proportion and harmony. The whole constructed area (under roof) is about 700 m2 and only made with first class material! Even in Brazil, this is rare to find such a big plot and a house which is made with so much hard and quality wood (columns, roof, furnitures etc..) and it is extremely charming. </b></b>
