This condo unit is on the 1st level of Portofino building at East Ortigas Mansions, Ortigas Ave. Extension, Rosario, Pasig City, Philippines. It is approx 58-sq.-meter unit with 2 wooden tiled bedrooms. One bedroom has 1 King size bed . The other bedroom has double deck bed (Bunk). Both Bedrooms have Air conditioning There is also a spare blow up mattress available if needed. Linens and bed coverings are provided . Also provided are Ironing facilities. The living area has sofa, one 36" flat screen TV (with Sky silver package), DVD, and a cooling fan. It has telephone also which can be used for local calls (credit for international calls can be purchased nearby). Its kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, cooking range, with complete cooking utensils, & dining sets. Its dining table has six chairs, washable placemats are provided. For your convenience there is also a fully automatic washing machine. Clothes drying can be done on the allocated decking area on the fifth floor. we have installed always on DSL and provide a Laptop and printer in the Condo for your addition to that the clubhouse is equiped with Wifi so you can take YOUR Wifi enabled Laptop here and gain Internet access. The clubhouse is just a few metres from our unit. In the clubhouse, there's a swimming pool, gym, billiard, videoke room with big wide screen. There is also a Barbeque area at the roof deck of the clubhouse. The clubhouse is open daily from 7:00 a.m. up to 11:00 p.m. only. Onsite also there is a small playground, bakery, & basketball court.

Rentals are inclusive of all utility Bills. NO HIDDEN EXTRAS & NO SECURITY BOND DEPOSITS HELD.

It's only 15 minutes to Tiendesitas and Eastwood, Libis where you can enjoy night life; 30 minutes to SM Megamall, Robinsons Galleria, Edsa Shangrila, & Market! Market! malls where you can shop at a very reasonable price. It's along the highway of East Ortigas Ave. Extension

No pets permitted

No smoking inside the condo itself.

Our business policy in terms of payment is $100 to secure booking. This payment is Non-refundable. The balance to be paid at a time agreed by the owner. It may be possible to pay the balance payment in cash at the time of entry however this needs to be discussed with the owner. Please be aware that larger deposits may be requested for longer rentals.

Currencies are Calculated and fixed on the day of recieving the deposit.


Check in time not before 4pm check out time not later than 1pm (if you need some flexibility here please discuss we normally can help)

Please note that rates are inclusive of bills.

Condo Viewing: You are welcome to view our Condo or indeed to send somebody on your behalf to do a viewing. We unfortunately have expierienced a lot of No- shows and general timewasting here. So although you are welcome to make a viewing we issue these guidelines before you request a viewing.

Firstly please exhaust all other factors you need to know before doing a viewing such as Location, size, rental rates, facilities and indeed anything else. You can email or call us with any queries. Once being satisfied with all these issues you are very welcome to make a viewing. The expectation now would be that you are on the point of making a booking.
