Khojand, often referred as the north capital of Tajikistan, is the heart of Tajikistan’s business and tourist industry. The new 4 star hotel and trade complex currently under construction is offered for purchase with the provision that buyer will undertake internal decoration and design suitable to their own requirements and liking. Purchasing and management of the hotel complex is a great investment. The present project includes the development of resort and tourist zone in 2008-09 with total area of 86 hectare prime seashore land at the coast of Tajik sweet water lake (20 Km from Khojand).

The building of transport infrastructure around Khojand is rapidly improving in an impressive manner. This lends itself for a very promising foundation for quick development of tourist business in the area. This prestigious hotel-trade complex is the first of its kind in Khojand and can provide tantalising services for the local high class patrons, business communities, foreign delegations and excellent office locations for international non-governmental organizations.

As it could be viewed from the recently taken pictures, the overall structure of the building is almost complete. Finishing touches and telecommunication connections are pending and subject to contract can be undertaken by the present owners.

Building specifications: Hotel-trade complex is a modern design building comprising seven floors. Lounge, shopping centre, office rooms, restaurant and other services such as communal household, information, communication etc are place in the first and the second floors. On the seventh floor a concert-entertaining complex is planed. The unique architectural feature of the project is to use two outside, transparent elevators, placed onto the front of the building. The other five floors are taken by hotel rooms. There are 51 rooms; total number of places is 102 and sufficient space for an open car-park in front of the hotel.

The project includes:

• Building of a modern 4 star hotel-trade complex with modern rooms
stock and of modern architectural shape, applying modern construction,
finishing and accessory materials;
• Supplying of the hotel with modern furniture, household appliances and
other necessary hotel stock and equipment;
• Establishing of a hotel catering infrastructure (restaurants, bars,
cafes), and their cookers, electric ovens, refrigerated cabinets etc);
• Building of a shopping centre for realization of a wide range of
goods, their equipment with modern trade and processing machinery (a
variety of counters, trade and refrigerate machinery etc);
• Creating of communal services, an independent boiler-room, a central
air-conditioning and ventilation, heating system, laundry facilities
equipped with washing and drying machines, with furniture and other
necessary equipment;

In addition to the above mentioned, it is planned to build a recreational centre which includes a sauna, gym, an underground parking space for the needs of hotel transport system, hotel’s guest’s and visitors of catering and shopping facilities. The total ground area covers 2,400 m2.
