Vision of Red Boutique Resort:
Red Boutique Resort will lead the way and vision of resorts in and around the tropical Island of Koh Phangan. The venue will be owned and run by Red Management, with years of hospitality experience and expertise.
Koh Phangan hosts some of the best beaches in Thailand and some would consider the whole of South East Asia.
The concept will consist of: 10 luxury self-contained resort studios; a thirty cover seated Restaurant; Roof top terrace & Bar; Spa and Massage centre; and a 50 metre square Swimming Pool.
Additional to the resort itself Red Boutique Resort will also manage and run Red Developments Villas (4 x 250 square metre) which will be adajacent to the resort and run with exactly the same ethos.

Assuming our anticipated levels of success are reached - This will provide us the resources and momentum to open other resorts in the next decade.

The vision by 2020 would be to have an estimated 12-15 Red Boutique resorts spanning the Asia Pacific Region and the globe. In addition to this we would also look to branch out and have independent Restaurants, Bars and Spa’s further enhancing the Red brand worldwide.

Mission:
Red Boutique Resort will be established within thirty-six months as the leading resort of its size on the Island, and with in three-year reign the brand will expand throughout Thailand and South East Asia.
Our main focus will be providing a five star service at affordable and competitive prices, and our experience will ensure our competitive edge creates opportunities for the future.

Construction to commence September 2008, with an expected 12-15 months work on the resort.
Expected Grand opening Jan / Feb 2010.

Any future potential investor will be a “sleeping partner / or silent partner “with no actual control of the day to day running of the resort.
Control will be in the hands of the Managing Director and CEO.
