The Land: What are the possibilities? This land has had 15 soil tests performed and was rated Grade A (the best) for wine grapes, table grapes, fruit, olives, dates/figs. If you have no interest in a crop interested parties have considered dividing the land and selling lots, having a gated community, tourist haven, having a horse ranch or all of the above.
The Sights: Winery Row - a street of wineries for tastings. The Bianchi Champagnery is literally down the street.
