Condo For Rent in Cancun, Quintana Roo Mexico The Blue View Condos Cancun Mexico On The Beach, Km 9.1 Rent It For: $105 - $1,050 USD per night Fantastic Blue View Penthouse condos located at the point of Cancun, in the center of the Hotel Zone. This is one of two condos, PH3A, that I have for rent in Salvia Condominiums that is a one bedroom, 2 level upstairs and downstairs, with two bathrooms. Downstairs there is a kitchen and living area with balcony, and a bathroom. This condo that can sleep up to 6 people, it is not a time share, and you can contact me direct about rentals, and other information. PH3A has a roof top deck and there are two queen beds and an upstairs bathroom.
The condos face the Caribbean, beach side, direct ocean view. The sandy beach is just outside the condo, about 10 to 15 steps from the lobby door. From the condo, you can sit on the balcony with a direct view of the ocean and the beach to the north and south and east. The other side of the condo faces to the west and the lagoon. With the sliding glass window open the gentle waves of the surf is your music, and depending of the time of the year, a wonderful breeze is your air conditioning. During the warmer times a new air conditioner on both levels keeps the unit very cool and comfortable, along with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom give you the nice breeze effect.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower made of marble, closet space, air conditioning and ceiling fan, with two queen size beds. Downstairs there is a full kitchen with cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, stove top, and dishes, cups glasses and utensils.
Downstairs has a sofa sleeper for two, a futon for one adult or two children, a tv/dvd/cd, a lounge chair. There is a bathroom with a shower/tub.
The front facing pool also has a snack area and a concierge to help with planning excursions and trips through the Mayan Riviera.
From the front of the condo building a few steps puts you inside Carlos and Charlies, a fun place with large screen tv's for sports, all seasons, soccer, football, baseball, Olympics, Mexican food and plenty of great drinks. Next door is the Forum shopping center, with ice cream, a Starbucks, The Rain Forest restaurant, the Hard Rock Cafe, Chilis, shopping, an Argentinian steak house. Across the street is the Flea Market with a great selection of souvenirs, t shirts, tank tops, and native art and artisans. The "famous" Dadios night club just up Kukulcan Boulevard a few steps puts you in the midst of lots of fun things to do.
