The ranch is located in Chubut Province, Argentina. Around 105 miles east from Esquel. The closest airport is Esquel, with three flights per week from Buenos Aires. Very good access all year round.

Very nice ranch nestled in the Chubut river valley, with patagonian steppe landscape, wonderful rock formations and curious cliffs very characteristic of this part of the country. It has got 6,2 miles of coast along the river.
There is a farm with 25 acres, and the possibility to adjoin 500 more acres. There are several creeks with water all year round. The area is well-known for the presence of fossils. Due to the characteristics of the land, there is a possibility to build a landing trail within the property. All the area is approved by the government for organic seed potatoes growing because it is free of diseases.

Improvements: The perimeter fence is in very good general shape. It has got a new corral for sheep and another new corral for cattle and another extra corral for cattle and sheep. There is a master house with 3 bedrooms and a smaller house with a bedroom for a caretaker, a house for a farmhand, and another stall for a farmhand with corrals. Fauna: Cóndor, Hawks, chimangos, eagles, sparrows, swallows thrushes, ducks, pink flamencos, ñandú (south American ostrich) and black neck swans. There also are hares, patagonian squirrel, grey fox, red fox, armadillo, guanaco (short hair llama) and many others.

Fishing: The river configuration is excellent for floating trips. It is a great river to catch good numbers of rainbows from 12 – 20 inches on dries and pancora (fresh water crab) streamers. Chubut river contains Rainbow and Brown trout.
