The house has retained its rustic charm, with granite stones apparent throughout the house and also visible oak support beams. > The house (200 square meters) consists of 3 en-suite bedrooms complete with oak beams situated on the 1st floor of the house. Also on the 1st floor is a small kitchen/dining area for the use of guests.
On the ground floor there is a large dining and lounge area with a large open fire-place. The windows take advantage of the secluded and tranquil positioning of the house.

An additional 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, shop, storage rooms, conservatory opening on to a small garden complete the ground floor.

> Campsite: currently, we aim to have no more than 15 sites used at any one time as we are keen to offer a peaceful and idylic setting to our guests. There is over 1ha of land for guests to enjoy along with the private usage of a 2ha lake.

> Vendee is located on the West coast of France and as usual is very busy during the summer months. Tourists love Vendee for its long sandy beaches and its interesting cultural activities (Puy du Fou, marshlands amoungst many other attractions).
The airports of Nantes and La Rochelle are less than one hours drive from the property.
