We are currently in the planning stage of a new resort, but are in need of funding. We are currently seeking parnters, investors, lenders, or a sale of the land. We are very flexible in terms as we have an incredible piece of land that is waiting for our vision to be realized. We purchased the 56,500 m2's and have an option contract on an additional 350,000 m2 in efforts to create the first 9 hole golf course / resort. We have done all of the due diligence and have these properties managed within a trust with clear title. Title Insurance is also available if required by purchaser.
