We have kept the old features (eg original tiled floor) - and have used the apartment for friends and family as well as rental investment (using websites only) and we have had repeated custom. The apartment is not ideal for young children 6mths-3 years due to steps in bathroom and steps upto roof terrace.

This is a great 'home' or pied-a-terre - works well as a lock-up-and-go property if you're just coming for the weekend as well as longer (no heavy maintenance required) There are windows in all rooms and plenty of sunshine in morning as well as from afternoon. Only 1 large double-bedroom at present thus sleeps 2, but could easily be refurbished to include another double bedroom - you have over 80m2 to play with inside the apartment
