- Main House - This 1360 sq. ft. home was built in 1992. It is a 2 floor wood frame home and is situated only 13’ from the water’s edge. The main floor layout includes an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen and a 2 piece bathroom. - Docks - The four main floating docks in front of the store / lodge are connected to an 82’ cement wharf (approx. 1995). The two larger docks are 47’ x 6 ½’ and the two center docks are 30’ x 4 ½’. All are in excellent condition. Each cottage has their own private floating dock, (24’ x 4 ½’) with power. Two new (2008) seasonal docks were installed (28’ x 4’). The main docks face in a North East position and are protected from the prevailing Westerly winds. The draft on the main docks is 7’ - 10’. There are two 30 amp service outlets suitable for the larger cruisers and a gas pump for fill ups. A quote has been provided to remove the gas tank and pump (if desired) and it is under $4,000. A new phase II environmental assessment is available and has deemed the site clean (due to gas being onsite)
- The Washroom Building - A semi-public washroom building was built for transient boaters and visiting guests to the property. This concrete block building includes a male and female washroom, each containing a toilet and sink. Like all of the buildings, this one well kept and clean.
- The Fishing - Fishing in the immediate and surrounding area is second to none! There is an enormous Large Mouth Bass population and plenty of Small Mouth Bass, Northern Pike, Perch, Crappy and millions of pan fish to name a few. This area attracts serious Bass fishermen from far and wide.
