The property is in one of the best locations possible, being just one mile from the famous Mayan pyramids of Altun Ha. This property has 21 acres cleared and beautifully landscaped. It has many beautiful tall hardwood trees, including mahogany. The property also has many varieties of mature fruit bearing trees, including lime, orange, avocado, mangoes,coconut, and many more. The rest of the property is pristine jungle, with potential for nature trails, and other resort attractions.
The property consists of several building structures. The main residence house, the restaurant, and two thatched palapas, and extra bathroom facilities attached to one of the palapas. A guest house, and also a caretakers house and last but not least a beautiful butterfly house.
Description of each building follows.
The main residence house--Built out of concrete cinder block, it has 2350 square feet of living space. It has 4 bedrooms,the master bedroom has A/C,and one bedroom is used as an office, 2 full bathrooms, a screened in porch off of the master bedroom, beautiful mahogany kitchen cabinets, and vaulted ceilings. Large washroom with washer and dryer, hot water heater, and laundry basin. A large 12' X 12' tool/equipment room.

The guest house: Made of wood siding, it is 24'X 28'. It has one bedroom, kitchenette, living room, and bathroom with shower. It is fully furnished and also includes an 8'x 12' screened in porch.

Restaurant Building and surrounding area: Main restaurant building is built partially of white rock, and other local materials, it has inside sitting capacity of 50 people, also a small gift shop, the kitchen, bar area, and two bathrooms. Approx size is 36'x 48' adjacent are two open pavilions (thatched palapas) for outdoor dining. They have concrete floors, and thatched leaf roof. They measure approx 22'x 32' and 18'x 22' with the second also connecting to a concrete building with additional bathrooms. A water fountain and also a wooden deck are near the palapas. See pictures. Rock sidewalks surround the restaurant area and lead to the main house, the guest house and the butterfly house.

Caretakers House:Made of Wood siding, 18'x 28' two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom. Caretaker/gardener,maid both work full time.

Butterfly House:Opened a year ago, this butterfly house is made of rock, treated pine and shade cloth. It measures 28'x 63'. It is beautifully landscaped, with many exotic tropical plants, flowers and orchids. Opened in November 2007 it houses a variety of tropical butterflies.
