Own your own little piece of paradise. Lake Atitlán is an enchanting, tranquil, pristine place. This land is on the "car free" side of the lake, accessible only by water taxi or by the public walking path around the north side of the lake. Consequently it's incredibly peaceful and quiet. However, there are a number of restaurants within a short walk from the land, including an internet café a five minute walk away.

You can see all three volcanoes that surround Lake Atitlán from this land, Atitlán, Tolimán, and San Pedro. You can often see Vulcan Fuego puffing smoke off in the distance toward Antigua.

The entire piece is a little over 1,400 sq meters, or a about a third of an acre. We would sell the entire piece for US$45,000, or we would be willing to split it into two lots of a little over 700 sq meters for US$25,000 each. There is no waterfront (it's located above the walking path), but the views cannot be beat and it's a short walk to the public dock in the village of Santa Cruz. While it's not flat, it slopes rather than being steep -- can easily be terraced for building.

We have our own water tank, with a sediment and chlorine filter to make the water potable, and would be willing to share access to this with the buyer(s).
