1. LOCATION
Located on the banks of The Figueroa River, with excellent views of both the river and mountains, the entrance to the lodge is at km 26, Camino Lago Verde, in the 11th Region of Chile just 26 Kilometers from the town of La Junta.
2. LAND DISTRIBUTION
The land is in two different parcels, the riverside property where the El Patagon Lodge is situated and another lakeside property. Riverside on the Figueroa River the lodge sits on 700 hectares of forested land, with 4 kilometers of river frontage and 3 kilometers of road frontage with power lines running along side the road. Lakeside there is another 400 hectares of forested land, with 1 kilometer of lake frontage on the Rosselot Lake, and more water frontage on a small lagoon inside the property. This land is just 8 kilometers from the town of La Junta
3. SQUARE METERS OF CONSTRUCTION
The Lodge is comprised of 620 square meters of high quality construction, using native wood and fine imported materials, 6 inch, super insulated walls and wood stoves heating each building.
4. LODGE DISTRIBUTION
The lodge consists of 4 client cabins, each with two beds for a total of 8 clients. There are also a number of employee and support buildings along with a guest’s house.
