Description:
This immaculate three bedroom(sleeps six) This villa is for a short - term rent and furnished to the highest standard for comfort. Minimal rental period is seven days and maiximum is three months. All rooms are ceremic floor tiles, fully furnished with a remote control air conditions, televisions, ceilling fans and mosquito netted windows. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities with a walk in wardrobe. The two double rooms have fitted wardrobes and a shared shower cubicle and toilet, and a separate toilet for guest, and hot running water.

This luxury family holiday home is located in the Devtraco gated community off Spintex road a much sought after location in Accra. It has a security check point and 24hr guards patrolling to give you extra peace of mind.

Amenities:
This villa is located within 15 minutes drive from the Accra Kotoka International airport and not more than 30 minutes drive from the Tema main seaport.
Easy access to numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and carry outs/take aways, night clubs, and internet cafes. Public transportation and taxis are frequent anytime of the day. pickups and stops are just in front of the main gate.

Optional chauffeur driven transportation service available from as little as $60 for 4 x 4 fully air conditioned vehicle within the Accra Metropolitan area and pick-up to and from the Airport to the villa for our clients.

Lounge:
A spacious family room well equipped with sound system for entertaining and relaxation.

Dinning area:
A formal diner which comfortably seats six.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils available on hand for self catering holiday to make you feel at home. There is a chef available if you require this service for an extra $10 per day for ten hours shift with an hour lunch break. The day shift starts at 7am and finishes at 5pm.


Garden:
This well maintained landscaped garden has laid lawn, flowerbeds with tropical shrubs which add beauty to the environment of the villa.

Porch:
The porch creates a lovely outside area to sit back after a hard day's work to relax and watch the world goes by.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings should be for a period of at least seven days.

Payment of minimum of 30% of the cost of booking will secure a reservation. The balance will be paid four weeks before the checking in date.
Guests are required to check in from 2pm and to check out no later than 12 noon on the day of departure.

Driver's allowance of $12 daily rate pay for maximum of 12 hrs.

Driver's allowance of $15 plus food and board paid daily for trips involving overnight stay.

Fuel is the responsibility of the renter.

Payment in US Dollars in advance on booking to rent a car

All clients should present at least two forms of identification including a valid passport before being admitted to the premises and to fill check in date of guest book on arrival.

LAUNDRY: We do provide washing machine with an iron and an ironing board for use (not washing powder). Please wash on full load whenever possible to conserve water. Changing of bed linen and cleaning service is carried out twice a week but extra cleaning can be arranged in between stay when needed with no extra cost.

ENERGY CONSERVATION: Please make sure you switch off the air-conditions as you leave the rooms and when leaving the house. Clients have full benefit of full tank of fuel for approximately four weeks during the duration of their stay. Clients pay for the cost of fuel shortage for the power generator in the event of power cut during their four weeks stay.

Electricity: This villa is served by prepaid metre which will be uploaded with 1.5 million Cedis credit for a four weeks stay accordingly for each day that is booked. This amount should be enough for judicious usage of all appliances including air-conditions etc. but if the credit runs out before expiry date of your stay then you would be responsible for buying more cedit as necessary. The caretaker will be able to assit when this situation arises.

There is hair-dryer on request only with no extra cost.

SMOKING POLICY: We operate a NO SMOKING POLICY in all our rooms. Please do observe fire safety regulations rules. Smoking is permitted outside. Thank you.

Pets: No pets are allowed in the villa. Thank you.

BREAKGES AND DAMAGES: Any customer is liable to pay for any breakages or damages caused by them. We accept no liability for any damage or theft for vehicles parked on our premises. Vehicles parked on our premises are at the owners risk. Please inform our staff should you want to hold a party or a function so preparations are made.

$100.00 security deposit is required for damages refundable in case of no damages.

PAYMENT METHOD: Payment can be made by bank to bank transfer or by debit/credit card through Pay Pal.
(if paying by debit or credit card a 4% fee will be charged to cover Pay Pal charges).
The customer is responsible for all charges connected with the payments.
