Kitesurf Beach Holiday Home with Pool

Beautiful red brick 3 bedrooms holiday home situated right on the beach front of one of the quietest and most enchanting beaches on the itamaraca island, 50km north from Recife city centre.

The house itself was build in the 1990s. It comprises of a big lounge/bar/sitting area, spacious kitchen with all appliances, two shower rooms (one of them built and decorated with marble), three furnished bedrooms with lovely views of the gardens and pool area, spacious terrace with table, chairs and hammock, and another lovely sitting area by the pool. The pool is 8 m2 and kept ready for fun all year araound.

There is a barbecue area, fully fit for parties and two beautiful gardens, the front one being the flower garden, with over 100 varieties of flowers (all collours) and at the back a fruit garden, with several native delicious fruit species, such as mango, coconuts and guavas.

There is also plenty parking for cars and running space for the kids on the large green garden area of the house.

The beach is wonderful, warm beautiful water combined with white powder sand and stunning tropical scenaries!!! Despite being on a quite neighbourhood, its only 10min walk from the famous fort orange and its restaurant and bars.

There is plenty water sports including kitesurfing, jet-skiing, snorkling, trekking, sightseeing, etc.
