The Guesthouse, the Galpon (barn), the installations for the staff and the Mangrullo (the watchtower) were recently added and adapted to the style of the old buildings.
The Estancia has its own pool and tennis courtand a generator (Lister) in case of electricity cuts.
There is also a private grass landing strip infront of the house. (1 km)
All the installations a uruguayan farm needs, like fences and loading facilities for cattle are completly new and made of "Lapacho".
Furthermore the farmland has three Tajamares - which are artificially made lakes for the cattle and horses (especially important in the drier summer season).
50 hectars of the superficie are planted pradera.
The farms coast to the River Yi is 7 km long.

Bird watching:
