Up to 31 homes in the Fort Myers area will be sold at auction. At least 1/3 selling to the Highest Bidder Regardless of Price. The balance of the homes will be sold subject to a motivated lender’s confirmation. The ballroom sale will be held at 6:30PM on November 12, 2008 in the main ballroom of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Fort Myers.

These properties will be offered individually and grouped in packages for investors. Properties consist of various layouts and square footages.

Directions:
From the Southwest Florida Airport:
Turn right onto Treeline-Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, then left onto Daniels Parkway. Turn right onto Bell Tower Drive (before U.S. 41). The hotel is located on the right in the Bell Tower Shops.

From I-75:
Exit 131 (Daniels Parkway, South Florida International Airport) West on Daniels approximately 5 miles to Bell Tower Drive. Turn right to hotel (1/2) 13051 Bell Tower Drive.

From US-41:
US 41 to Big Pine Way. East 1 block to hotel.

Terms:Property will be sold subject to motivated seller’s confirmation. (Seller reserves right to remove minimum on sale day). High bidder will execute a Contract for Sale & Purchase of Real Estate and provide as binding deposit 10% of the contract price. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine the contract price. Balance of contract price due at closing within 30 days. All property is sold in “as is” condition. A cashier’s check, certified check, or cash made payable to yourself in the amount of $5,000 must be shown at registration as well as a personal or business check. Seller will provide Special Warranty Deed and title insurance at closing.
