The Neighborhood is wonderful. It's very safe. This building has never had an incident. We are in an incorporated village and the police and fire department are nearby and excellent. The Marina harbors many very expensive yachts and the police cruise regularly but unobtrusively. The lawns are all manicured and many people enjoy walking, jogging and riding their bikes up and down the streets and marina. Everyone is friendly and upbeat. Why not.... it's a little bit of Paradise. We do have many people in my building and others that are snowbirds who only visit during the winter and that's fine.

I've had a lot of medical issues this year and decided I need to move closer to my family up north.I am also willing to rent it furnished.
