CURRENT APPROVAL & PRICING
We are in the early stage of this project. On September 15, 2008, approval was granted by Town and Country Planning for ten 1/4 acre lots for single family homes. The lots were pegged for boundaries and currently three of the ten lots are in contract. Some of the large lots will cost in the upper US$300,000's. Another three lots are being offered at a special price of US$69,900.00 until March 31, 2010. A 25% percent deposit or $17,475.00 will secure your lot.

ABOUT THE LAND
Tokalau Pointe is a very unique property. The site is being sold after 55 years. This freehold property was previously zoned for agricultural use. Tokalau Pointe will be a major mixed use development project. Most properties in the surrounding area of Tokalau Pointe is either Crown Lease or Native Lease. The Mayor of Sigatoka Town, Ratu Isikeli Tasere, said “This is the single largest piece of freehold property near Sigatoka Town.” Tokalau Pointe is a very precious commodity since less than 6 percent of the land in Fiji is freehold land. One planner in Suva, the capital city of the Fiji Islands, indicated this is the first known mixed use project of its kind along a river. All other major projects are near the coast or inland.

Currently, property taxes are not assessed for the lots at Tokalau Pointe.

LOCATION
Tokalau Point is located half a mile from Sigatoka Town near Lawai Village at the junction of Valley Road and Nacoclevu Road. The property has a large Sigatoka River frontage and a fresh water creek, Cokalla Creek, that runs on the entire west side of the property.
