We own a beautiful time share for one week only and are renting it out. March 14th a Saturday to the 21st a Saturday. We own a 2 bedroom Ocean View ($3,000)around 1400 sq foot which can be rented. This price include all fees and have daily house e 2 bedroom has a nice balcony, and face the ocean with nice views from your units. The 2 bedroom has a washer, dryer and a full size kitchen with a snack bar with bar stools in the also has a dining table and a nice living room. The bedrooms have there own private full baths.

The patio has a table and chairs along with loungers.
The pictures do not do it justice because the place is brand new and we can only have you look at the Alexandra web site( )and see the accommodations photos and see the interior pictures and everything is very sharp and new. Brand new kichen with granite and high end style furnishings in all rooms, new paint inside and out and new plasma TVs. These units we have are priced the best on the island and have nice views and are in the middle of Grace Bay.
(The Alexandra Resort). We have the Palms next door and are within 5 great Restaurants. I can help arrange for a resonable car rental and send you lots to look at when ready. We own a 2 bedroom Ocean Front in the building next door at the Resort also, and it to is listed on the rental section under Viviun. The Resort quit selling the time shares 2 years ago and we were lucky to obtain one. This was our first purchase and we rent it if we do not need the extra space for our family at that time.
