COST
Smaller fincas there, bare land, (between 100 to 300 hects) are selling for usd 2.000 to usd 3.000 per hectare.
So, the developed 100 hectare finca with the houses, the pastures, barn, etc, should cost not less than usd 250.000.
The porphyd area, if it was up for sale alone, should cost not les than usd 800 per hectare (usd 2.300.000). This is because of the selling price of the porphyd, its solid local and international market and the easily accessed fronts ready to work.
The buyer will have a 3% broker´s commission. A short owner´s financing scheme could be organized.
