The Westend road comprises numerous hotels, restaurants and also the world famous Ricks cafa which is known for the perfect place to watch the sun set. A 15 minute drive in a taxi will take you into Negrils main town centre and to Negril's seven mile beach with numerous hotels, restaurants, water sports and everything you would expect to find on a high quality beach.

Bars Restaurants, clubs
Most of the Restaurants, bars and clubs or situated on the Westend Road, Negril main town centre or on Negril beach. The Westend Road is only a 4-5 minute walk from the property and it would take you about 8-10 minutes to take a slow walk to the nearest bar. The beach is about 15 minutes away by car.

The Price per week is subject to a minimum rental period of 12 weeks.
A security deposit of one Months rent is also required and will be held until the end of your tenancy and returned when all utility bills have been paid in full and the property handed back in a satisfactory condition.
