Liberia Airport now has daily flights from many US destinations and several weekly flights from Canada and Europe.

The area has lots of activities for tourists and those that decide to spend more time here. There is golf, fishing, hiking, zip line tours, just lots of outdoor activities. For the surf crowd, some of the best locations start off in Coco beach. There is access by boat to Ollie's Point and Witch's Rock, two of the best locations on the Pacific side. Diving and snorkeling are also popular here, and there are many dive shops to take you to great dive sites. Parque Santa Rosa is a national park that is only about an hour's drive away, great for day trips. And it seems like there is always some small town nearby that is having a festival that includes lots of music, local food and dancing, a great way to learn about local culture and meet locals, too. You can also spend lots of time visiting local beaches, there are too many to visit in one trip, and many are secluded and almost unknown by tourists.
